Armed with an LL.B from the Potchefstroom University for Higher Education (2001), Nettie Moffatt was admitted as an attorney during August 2003, as a notary public during September 2005 and as a conveyancer during December 2005.

As a result of her passion for contracts, Nettie obtained her Masters in Law (LL.M) with specialisation in commercial law at UNISA during 2007.

With experience in various fields of the law, Nettie has chosen to provide professional services in the drafting and execution of antenuptial agreements. Being a qualified conveyancer, she also attends to the registration of property in South Africa.

As a sole practitioner, Nettie specialises in a limited field to ensure that her clients receive a high standard of expertise and the professionalism associated with it.
